Iceland on Google Maps

Google Maps is an open-source web application that again is open to all. We use google maps to give visitors the opportunity to find different places of interest in Iceland. Using google maps “Layers” we can add some information (i.e. a designated dot for a tourism site) on top of the map. If this is clicked, then a pop-up window appears which displays an informative text and/or a photo.
